Project and Change Delivery Manager

ROLE: Project & Change Delivery Manager REPORTS TO: Director of IT LOCATION: Burnaby, BC We are looking for a Manager, Project and Change Delivery to join our Agrifoods Team! This hybrid role is responsible for managing and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while also ensuring successful adoption and sustained change across the organization. The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects that build scale through the organization and deliver operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will focus on managing enterprise projects while also leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, cost savings, and organizational change. The candidate will be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and portfolios, as well as rolling out new tools and processes to the teams. The Change Manager will develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. who you arE… Drive & motivation * You are passionate about planning, and you are a project management champion * You are a problem solver who can effectively troubleshoot through complex issues * You are uber organized and analytical with a keen eye for detail Character & ABILITIES * You are an objective person who can think outside the box * You can maintain composure under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * You are an excellent communicator who can easily get along with different personalities Knowledge & skills * You have strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills * You have a strong working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project or similar PM software * You can prioritize and manage tasks to ensure all deadlines are met * Ability to manage and report on multiple projects Experience * You have minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience * You have a minimum 5 years of experience on change management * You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and documentation * You have experience leading multiple enterprise projects * You have change management and process documentation experience * You have your PMP certification * You have completed a post-secondary degree Nice-to-Have * You have experience delivering projects requiring organizational change * You have experience as an IT or ERP project manager, or an understanding of ERP implementation projects things you will do… * Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning, execution, monitoring, milestones, create work breakdowns, closures and post project reviews. * Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations. * Conduct impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies * Plan, manage, execute, and control all aspects of assigned projects * Track project performance, report variances and make recommendations for action * Apply structured change management methodologies to drive adoption and minimize resistance * Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support adoption of organizational changes. * Coach senior leaders, project leads and people managers to fulfill their roles in change initiatives * Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and engagement strategies.Provide project management support and guidance to project team members and leads * Organize meetings as the project requires * Hold stakeholders or project members accountable * Identify and analyze impacts of change on business processes and potential points of resistance * Drive change management initiatives to positively influence adoption of systems/processes and participation in the project * Foster a culture of agility, resilience, and continuous improvement. * Reporting portfolio statuses Status: Existing Position

Lead end-to-end project delivery and organizational change initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and scale. Develop integrated project plans, manage budgets, and implement change strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in both project and change management along with a PMP certification and a post-secondary degree. Candidates must be proficient in MS Project or similar software and have experience leading enterprise-level projects.
