Ag Equipment Sales Representative – Neepawa, MB AgWest is excited to announce an additional opening for a dynamic and results-driven Ag Equipment Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Neepawa, Manitoba. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate individual who’s ready to build strong relationships with producers and drive success in the agricultural sector. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets. Identify and connect with potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and ag retailers. Conduct equipment presentations and demonstrate value-added solutions tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless service and support. Provide exceptional after-sales assistance and product training to maintain long-term partnerships. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities. Maintain accurate records, sales forecasts, and reporting as required. What You Bring: A background in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (education or experience). Previous experience in agricultural equipment sales or a similar role. Solid understanding of farming operations and ag machinery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
