Purpose of the Role Provide leadership across all financial functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. Support organizational decision-making by delivering clear, actionable financial insights to senior leadership and the Board. Strengthen financial operations and position the business for continued growth and scalability. Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to both operational and strategic initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership: Lead and oversee all financial operations, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Financial Management: Manage financial reporting processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements to support accurate and timely decision-making. Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the CEO and Finance Committee to provide meaningful financial insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. Business Insight: Translate complex financial data into clear, practical guidance for non-financial leaders across the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to support operational efficiency, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and strengthen financial systems to support a growing and evolving organization. Learn more about the role here. What You Bring A CPA designation and undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, ideally within manufacturing or small-to-mid-sized organizations. Demonstrated experience providing financial leadership and partnering with senior leaders. Strong financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory knowledge. Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating financial insights to diverse stakeholders.
