ROLE OVERVIEW Reporting to Ground Operations, the Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and monitoring training activities across the network. They ensure the planning of trainer schedules, the maintenance of training tools and content, and updates to the Ground Operations Manual. In collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, they contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and actively participate in the company’s Integrated Management System to support safe, efficient operations that comply with established standards. THE ROLE IN DEPTH * Coordinate the schedules of trainers on the network based on training priorities. * Ensure daily follow-up (during the week) with trainers on the network. * Provide a training calendar to managers/supervisors. * Ensure the maintenance and updating of the Ground Ops Manual. * Actively participate in the IMS of the company. * Manage digital tools and training videos. * In collaboration with the responsible manager, assess the training provided and propose improvements. * All other task deemed necessary. WHAT SETS YOU APART * Bilingual written and spoken (French/English), Inuktitut (an asset) * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) * 5 years of experience in training in the aviation field/Ground Operations * Excellent knowledge of Nunavik and Air Inuit network * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Project management experience * Ability to adapt to changing needs and solve problems COMPENSATION * Salary and benefits are determined according to company policy. WORKING CONDITIONS * Work location – Air Inuit Technical Center - Montreal-Trudeau airport. * The work week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. * This position entails occasional travel in Air Inuit bases. * Dynamic Environment.
