This is a dynamic role working inside our office helping customers and working outside around our aircrafts! Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure cargo is packaged and stored appropriately Accept cargo and process accurate payments Provide excellent customer service in person or on the phone at all times Calculate available aircraft load and prioritize freight Verify received freight piece counts and notify receivers of freight shipments Must haves: Excellent English communication skills Customer service experience Valid Drivers License Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift 70 pounds repetitively) Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, holidays A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada Nice to haves: Previous warehouse experience Experience processing payments Forklift certification Valid First Aid Fluent in French Ready to join us?
