Position: Private Client Associate Duration: Asap to end of the year (potential for renewal) Location: Toronto, ON (King St. W., M5H 3T4) Work Model: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite) Pay Rate: $24/hr. on T4 Notes: Investment Operations / Wealth Management Administrative Support Candidate The ideal candidate is an administrative/operations professional with banking, investment, or financial services experience who has supported investment teams with data entry, documentation, account administration, client records, and compliance-related activities. They should be proficient in Excel and MS Office, familiar with DocuSign, and have a good understanding of Canadian financial industry regulations. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a professional work ethic are important. About this opportunity: On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Private Client Associate to support Private Wealth and High Net Worth teams in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. This role is ideal for an organized professional with strong administrative, analytical, and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment. What You’ll Do: Support Private Wealth and High Net Worth teams with client account maintenance, CRM clean-up activities, data entry, filing, and special projects. Assist with automation of client accounts and data feeds. Prepare and revise client presentation materials and client decks. Respond to client service requests in partnership with Private Client Service Associates and Portfolio Managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client document archives and records. Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory requirements when handling client information. Support operational and administrative initiatives to improve workflow efficiency. Perform additional duties and special assignments as required. What You Bring: Post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and related work experience. Previous experience in account administration, financial services operations, or a related environment. Knowledge of Canadian financial industry regulations and compliance requirements. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with DocuSign is an asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes. Strong commitment to client service, professionalism, and confidentiality. Collaborative team player with the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally. Nice to Have Experience supporting Private Wealth Management, Investment Management, or High Net Worth client groups. Familiarity with CRM platforms and client account management systems. Experience with process improvement initiatives or workflow automation projects. Understanding of investment products and wealth management operations.
