Manufacturing ERP Application Consultant (Remote) Role and Responsibilities: Lead and support client software implementations Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction Education, Experience and Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of experience within one of the following Manufacturing ERP Software: Acumatica (preferred) Microsoft Dynamics Epicor Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual Manufacturing Industry experience preferred Demonstrated accounting/financial skill Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred Location: Work from home Mid-west preferred with travel up to 20-30% Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 This position offers a competitive salary, additional incentive, with the potential for performance-based bonus. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Manufacturing ERP Software, preferably Acumatica. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.
