Deltek Principal Application Consultant (Remote) Role and Responsibilities: Lead and support client software implementations. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines. Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation. Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction. Education, Experience and Skills: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Deltek ERP software. Demonstrated accounting/financial skill. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred. Location: Work from home. Travel up to 20-30%. Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 This position offers a competitive salary, additional incentive, with the potential for performance-based bonus.
