Engineering Intern / Co-op Student (8-12 months) We are seeking motivated, organized, and safety‑focused student to join our Lynn Lake Project for the upcoming fall term. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic mine building environment. Students will work closely with department leaders and team members to learn day‑to‑day responsibilities, develop valuable professional skills, and contribute to the success of ongoing projects and activities. Location: Lynn Lake, MB Employment Type: Full-Time, Co-op Term, 8-12 months Department: Engineering Primary Responsibilities Support the engineering and/or environmental team with daily tasks, including: * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, environment, geology, and mine operations to support the construction of the Lynn Lake Project * Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and complying with all site safety policies and procedures * Adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) like high-visibility vests, safety glasses and steel-toed boots What You Bring! * Enrolled in a university or college program in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Geological, or related discipline) * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Strong communication and teamwork skills * High attention to detail and willingness to learn * Comfortable working in industrial and construction environments (training provided) * Valid driver’s license required Work Schedule * Rotating shift schedule, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off Alamos Gold Inc. may use artificial intelligence to initially screen or assess applicants for this position with respect to mandatory job requirements.
