About the Role Improving home-based care starts with helping care providers find and adopt solutions that address their most important challenges. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy for AlayaCare’s US Home Care market, shaping how our solutions create value for agencies and the people they serve. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will act as a strategic connector across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Finance, and Education Services. You will help define where we compete and how we win, bringing together market insights and customer needs to shape our go-to-market strategy. You will help develop clear positioning and messaging, strengthen our competitive differentiation, and identify opportunities to better support our sales teams. Your work will ultimately help drive growth, improve win rates, increase contract value, and support expansion, adoption, and retention. What You’ll Do Define commercialization priorities and go-to-market strategy for the US Home Care market. Refine customer profiles, segment priorities, buyer needs, and market opportunities to support growth. Create compelling value propositions, solution narratives, product pitches, and differentiation strategies. Lead customer and market insight programs using feedback, win-loss activity, research, and competitive intelligence. Translate market insights into recommendations for positioning, product strategy, packaging, and roadmap priorities. Build sales and customer-facing enablement that improves win rate, contract value, and expansion. Partner on product launches, release messaging, market activation, adoption, and customer value. Use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and quality, and share learnings that strengthen team practices. What You Bring to the Team 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in B2B SaaS. At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, strategy, management consulting, or a related field. Demonstrated experience developing go-to-market plans for enterprise software products and features. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to design metrics and use quantitative insights to measure effectiveness. Excellent project management, organization, communication, and decision-making skills. A detail-oriented and thorough approach to managing complex, cross-functional work. Demonstrated working knowledge of AI tools and practical experience applying them to improve your work. Healthcare technology experience is an asset. Why Join AlayaCare?
