Date: Aug 5, 2026 Ankeny, British Columbia, CA, 50021 Position Overview Represent Albaugh professionally; be a strong contributing team member within the Albaugh sales team and supporting functions. Implement Albaugh strategy with customers, and within Albaugh to deliver superb customer service and timely delivery of Albaugh products. Accountable for Sales Revenues, SG&A and profit to its area of responsibility. Create new business opportunities and a strong business network. Skilled communicator who can interact daily with customers as well as internal team, along with other business-related interactions. Can negotiate skillfully in difficult situations; can settle differences with minimum disruption. Excellent presentation skills. Commercial Accountable for Gross Profit, Sales Revenues, SG&A and market share within territory and district. Engage existing and potential customers to promote and educate on the Albaugh portfolio of products. Establish a strong network with peers in the market. Provide timely and accurate forecasting for customers and products for the territory. Deliver campaigns and offers to targeted customers. Data Management, Reporting & Administration Regularly collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights. Monitor sales reports and sales trends within the territory to share ideas with the wider team; develop real-time strategies. Manage operational Budget, variable selling expenses and marketing funds. Understand the main competitors commercial and marketing activities, and support marketing team to develop and implement strategies for Albaugh. Post Sales Support/ Customer Service Provide Post Sales Support (eg complaints, price differences) to all Albaugh clients Support the Sales Director in admin functions (eg conferences, Albaugh team meetings, customer events) or others. Act as a steward of the Albaugh portfolio by making recommendations and by resolving complaints/ issues in the field. Education/Work Experience BA / BS In Ag Science, Business/Ag Business, or Related Area or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience in similar positions. Skills Strong Sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and negotiations skills. Strong Ag Market Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint Fluent English Albaugh, founded in 1979, produces and sells crop protection products used by farmers in our principal Markets in North America (United States and Canada), Mexico and LATAM North, Brazil, Argentina, and Europe.
