In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling transactions with a smile and ensuring each visitor feels valued. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable working in a lively environment while providing top-notch customer service. MUST be available to work weekends. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly and seat them. * Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods accurately and efficiently. * Provide friendly assistance by answering questions about menu items, specials, and promotions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding area. * Support merchandising efforts by restocking supplies and ensuring product displays are tidy. * Help the servers with drinks/orders if needed. * Help bus the tables for the servers as needed. * Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality service. *Skills* * Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is required; training will be provided. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. * Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. * Good organizational skills to keep the cashier area neat and stocked. * Familiarity with POS systems and basic merchandising practices is advantageous.
