Job Description We are seeking a Senior Territory Sales Representative who thrives in a hunter‑driven environment. This role is focused on new business acquisition, high‑volume outbound activity, and solution‑based selling. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating opportunities, and closing deals across North America. This is not an account management role it’s a proactive, high‑impact sales position ideal for someone who excels at cold outreach, pipeline management, and value‑driven conversations. Position Overview The Senior Territory Sales Manager responsible for driving new business across North America through proactive outreach, cold calling, and solution‑based selling. This role requires a true hunter mindset someone who thrives on finding, developing, and closing new opportunities while managing a high‑volume pipeline. Key Responsibilities New Business Development · Conduct high‑volume cold outreach to generate new opportunities · Build and manage a pipeline of 40+ active opportunities per month · Drive net‑new revenue with an average deal size of +$15K · Identify and pursue prospects across North America · Apply solution‑selling and value‑selling techniques for both hardware and software offerings · Create outbound campaigns targeting Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) in partnership with Marketing and Business Enablement · Use creative strategies to reach decision‑makers and book high‑quality sales appointments Lead Qualification and Pipeline Growth · Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales‑ready opportunities · Segment and prioritize leads from marketing campaigns to support Account Executives · Validate trade‑show leads and ensure proper post‑event follow‑up · Develop leads from marketing initiatives and consistently meet outreach quotas (calls, emails, sequences) Client Engagement · Sell into property management companies, condo boards, construction groups, and insurance‑related sectors · Understand client challenges and present tailored, ROI‑driven solutions · Deliver product demos, proposals, and value‑based presentations · Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers Process Improvement and Sales Operations · Analyze CRM and marketing data to identify what’s working and what needs improvement · Contribute to the enhancement of email templates, call scripts, and outreach sequences · Support complementary sales operations tasks such as quotes, order processing, and coordination between Sales Development, Sales, and Customer Success · Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Alert Labs’ products and solutions Qualifications · 2+ years of previous BDR (Business Development Representative), SDR (Sales Development Representative), or outbound sales experience · Proven success in outbound sales or business development · Experience selling into property management, condo/strata management, construction, or insurance · Previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas through cold calling, emailing, and other outbound strategies Experience selling into: • Property management • Condo/strata management • Construction or building services • Insurance (risk mitigation, asset protection) • Previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas through cold calling, emailing, and other outbound strategies Backgrounds that have performed well include: • Security system installers • Construction professionals • Insurance professionals • Former property managers Sales and Technical Skills · Strong cold‑calling ability and comfort establishing rapport via phone, email, or video · Highly organized with the ability to manage 40+ active deals simultaneously · Strong time management and prioritization skills · Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills · Proficient with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Pardot, or other marketing automation tools · Ability to apply solution‑selling and value‑selling techniques for both hardware and software · Creative strategies for targeting decision‑makers and booking high‑quality sales appointments Education • Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset but not required Why Join Alert Labs You’ll be joining a fast‑growing company with strong market momentum and genuine opportunities for career advancement.
