Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are a plus, enabling us to serve a diverse clientele effectively. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner * Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges * Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision * Conduct product demos and provide information on merchandise to enhance customer engagement * Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities * Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention * Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed * Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift * Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required *Skills* * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable * Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures * Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies * Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts * Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette * Technical sales experience or product demo skills are advantageous for promoting specialized items * Multilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively This position offers an engaging environment where your interpersonal skills and sales expertise can thrive.
