*Alfred?s is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team.* We?re an Italian restaurant in Revelstoke known for thoughtful food, great drinks and warm, genuine hospitality. We?re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, brings strong cocktail knowledge to the role and is equally happy collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Position Details * Flexible start date, ideally in late August, with the potential to begin sooner * Full-time hours preferred * Part-time hours may be available for the right candidate * Evening and weekend availability required * Health benefits available after three months of employment What We?re Looking For * Professional cocktail experience is required * Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and mixology * Experience developing and creating cocktails, as well as executing them consistently to a high standard * Wine knowledge is a significant asset * A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences * Professional, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant * Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail * A collaborative, team-first attitude This is a hands-on, team-oriented role. While bartending will be the primary responsibility, the successful candidate must be happy to assist with serving, running food and drinks, clearing tables and supporting the wider Front of House team whenever needed.
