Marie ON full-time Apply by September 11, 2026 Reporting to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be empowered to: Design, develop and maintain models and spreadsheets that capture and leverage financial data, ensuring data accuracy, to analyze and interpret results Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis and reporting of historical trends to interpret results and derive insights Analyze divisional expense results and support divisions in managing their budgets. Create ad-hoc analysis and reporting to provide recommendations to improve performance Assemble and communicate financial results to finance leadership Analyze current processes, develop enhancements and create efficiencies Execute OLG's quarterly forecasting processes, and streamline processes as required to gain efficiencies Prepare annual budgets (and supporting analyses) in consultation with business partners Prepare financial analyses in support of new initiatives, requests for proposals (RFPs) and vendor analysis in collaboration with Procurement Assist in financial analysis and support for annual reports, management discussion and analysis and note disclosure for external financial statements what you bring to the game education & Experience: University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline Designated CPA is preferred or Working towards CPA at senior level 3-5 years of experience with accounting, financial analysis, reporting and financial controls and procedures Relevant Skills: High attention to detail as analysis is used in decision making by business leaders Problem solving and critical thinking skills Interpersonal and communication skills Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, primary focus Excel Proficiency in financial/accounting software Ability to locate and collect data from appropriate sources for analysis benefits of joining the winning team public Service Pension Plan: Participation in a highly desirable defined benefit pension plan.
