You oversee peer reviews, lead student placements through our UHN partnership, and ensure our treatment plans remain the gold standard in the industry. What You’ll Drive Clinical Mentorship & Development: Lead the onboarding and coaching of clinicians. Serve as the site supervisor for Michener Chiropody student placements, shaping the next generation of practitioners. Client Outcome Excellence: Audit treatment plans and clinical case studies to ensure brand integrity. Resolve client concerns with poise, ensuring high NPS scores and a steady stream of 5-star reviews. Revenue & Operational Synergy: Coach clinicians on integrated recommendations (product and service needs) to hit revenue-per-hour targets. Provide leadership with "boots on the ground" intel to keep the clinics running lean and efficient. Strategic Vision: Represent the clinical voice in L10 meetings. You are responsible for the 100% completion of quarterly clinical Rocks and the delivery of accurate data for the Monday Flash Reports.
