Align Clinician Team Lead: The Clinical Subject Matter Expert Location: Mississauga Flagship Role Type: Senior Clinician, Clinical Mentorship & Leadership The Mission: To serve as the clinical north star for our practitioners, ensuring every client receives high-integrity healthcare that meets the Align standard and exceeds 2026 KPI benchmarks. The Role in 30 Seconds You are a master of the Align Clinician Program. You are leading the clinical team by example and mentorship. This isn't just a practitioner role; you are the clinical engine responsible for the growth and success of our clinicians and patients. You oversee peer reviews, lead student placements through our UHN partnership, and ensure our treatment plans remain the gold standard in the industry. You partner effectively with the Client Experience (CEC) Team Lead to eliminate gaps in the schedule and ensure smooth daily transitions. What You’ll Drive Clinical Mentorship & Development: Lead the onboarding and coaching of clinicians. Serve as the site supervisor for Michener Chiropody student placements, shaping the next generation of practitioners. Client Outcome Excellence: Audit treatment plans and clinical case studies to ensure brand integrity. Resolve client concerns with poise, ensuring high NPS scores and a steady stream of 5-star reviews. Revenue & Operational Synergy: Coach clinicians on integrated recommendations (product and service needs) to hit revenue-per-hour targets. Provide leadership with "boots on the ground" intel to keep the clinics running lean and efficient. Strategic Vision: Represent the clinical voice in L10 meetings. You are responsible for the 100% completion of quarterly clinical Rocks and the delivery of accurate data for the Monday Flash Reports. The Weekly Pulse (Approx. 32–40 Hours) Clinical Practice & Patient Care: (Primary Focus) Mentorship & Peer Reviews: 1–2 hours Quality Audits & Outcome Reviews: 1–2 hours Revenue Synergy & Community Partnerships: 1–2 hours L10 Strategy & Operational Flow: 1 hour About the Culture & Leadership At Align, we believe in Longevity and Everyday Legacy.
