About The Role What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises executives, models financial scenarios, and reasons through complex business problems? We're looking for Business Administration experts to stress-test and train cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they can think, reason, and communicate at the level of a seasoned business professional. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep command of business fundamentals and a sharp eye for rigorous thinking. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies, financial models, and strategic problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality strategic rationales that serve as ground-truth training data Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document reasoning failures — such as sunk cost fallacies, WACC miscalculations, or missing macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule Who You Are Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, logical arguments, and data interpretation Comfortable working independently with a methodical, structured approach No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Background in data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows Proficiency in quantitative tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL Experience with business case writing, academic publishing, or executive communication Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge model development Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually stimulating work Make a tangible impact on how AI reasons through real-world business decisions Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
