Résumé du poste
Electrical Engineering Expert (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced electrical engineers to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. Your deep technical knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex engineering problems — from circuit analysis to signal processing to power systems. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise becomes the benchmark for AI intelligence. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Challenging Problems — Develop advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to rigorously test AI performance Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write precise, step-by-step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and evaluation Audit Technical Accuracy — Review AI-generated outputs including code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.) Refine AI Reasoning — Identify logical gaps or errors in AI-generated engineering reasoning and provide structured feedback to improve model performance Work Asynchronously — Complete tasks independently on your own schedule with no fixed hours Who You Are Pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline Strong foundational knowledge in one or more core domains: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, embedded systems, or signal processing Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in written form Highly detail-oriented when working with mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or quality evaluation workflows Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, etc.) Background spanning multiple EE subfields Why Join Us Work on genuinely cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work when and as much as you want Freelance perks: full autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Gain unique insight into how large language models are trained and evaluated Meaningful work that directly improves AI's technical reasoning capabilities Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
