Health Policy & Management – AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in a clinic or government agency. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help train and refine cutting-edge AI models on health policy, epidemiology, and evidence-based medicine. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to ensure their models reason accurately, ethically, and responsibly about human health. Your domain knowledge will directly shape how AI communicates health information to millions of people. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Health Scenarios — Build advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trial data Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines (CDC, WHO, and beyond) Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical gaps, and adherence to ethical standards Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate health risks clearly, and serve diverse populations equitably Who You Are Holder of a Masters in Public Health (MPH), MSPH, or closely related graduate degree Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written communication Detail-oriented when it comes to statistical significance, data citations, and the logic of health interventions No prior AI experience required — your public health expertise is what matters Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance Why Join Us Direct impact — your expertise shapes how AI handles real-world health questions at scale Fully remote — work from anywhere, entirely on your schedule Flexible commitment — choose the hours that work for you, week to week Meaningful work — help ensure AI prioritizes scientific consensus, health equity, and ethical guidelines Cutting-edge exposure — collaborate directly with industry-leading large language models Ongoing opportunity — strong performers are prioritized for contract renewals and new projects
