Health Policy & Management – AI Content Specialist About The Role Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — and not just in traditional settings. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help train and evaluate large language models (LLMs) on complex health policy, epidemiology, and population health topics. This is a rare opportunity to directly influence how AI understands and communicates evidence-based health information — while working fully remotely on a flexible schedule. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Create advanced problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials to challenge AI reasoning Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines (CDC, WHO, and more) Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards; identify misinformation and logical gaps Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback to help models distinguish correlation from causation, and improve how they communicate health risks to diverse populations Who You Are Holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), MSPH, or closely related graduate degree Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive written content High attention to detail when reviewing statistical significance, citations, and intervention logic No prior AI experience required — we'll guide you through everything Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation systems Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SAS, or Stata Background in health communication, clinical research coordination, or public health surveillance Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI models on high-impact public health projects Fully remote and flexible — set your own schedule, work from anywhere Freelance advantages: autonomy, variety, and engagement with cutting-edge technology Meaningful work that shapes how AI handles sensitive, real-world health information Potential for ongoing contract renewals and expanded project opportunities

The specialist will design complex public health scenarios and author ground-truth solutions to train large language models. They will also audit AI outputs for accuracy and bias while refining the models' reasoning on health risks and data.

Candidates must hold a Master of Public Health (MPH), MSPH, or a related graduate degree with strong knowledge in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health policy. No prior AI experience is required, but the ability to translate complex health data into clear written content is essential.
