Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training) About The Role What if your years of teaching leadership and organizational behavior could help shape how the next generation of AI thinks about management? We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to evaluate AI-generated reasoning on organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics — and help make it sharper, more realistic, and more useful. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your expertise directly influences cutting-edge AI systems used by top research labs. Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in AI training pipelines Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to teams, incentives, organizational structure, and decision-making Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak managerial reasoning in AI outputs Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI handles complex leadership situations Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying tradeoffs Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios, recommendations, and case studies Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without close supervision Nice to Have MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field Real-world leadership, operations, or executive experience Prior experience with AI evaluation, content quality workflows, or instructional design Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work that improves how AI understands leadership and organizations Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
