Medical Science Liaison (MSL) — AI Training About The Role We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and medical affairs professionals to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on clinical and biomedical content. Your scientific expertise will directly shape how AI understands, communicates, and reasons about complex medical evidence — making a real impact on the future of healthcare AI. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness Validate the interpretation of clinical trial data, safety information, and medical literature within AI outputs Identify errors, unsupported claims, or misleading scientific narratives in AI-generated text Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the quality and reliability of AI responses in life-science contexts Help develop and refine scientific communication benchmarks used to train and evaluate AI models Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Background in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications Experience engaging healthcare professionals in a field-based or externally facing capacity (e.g., MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor) Strong ability to interpret clinical data, medical publications, and regulatory materials Confident communicator who can translate complex science into clear, accurate language Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific integrity No prior AI experience required Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation Experience across multiple therapeutic areas or regulatory environments Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects with leading research labs and life-science organizations Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work that shapes how AI handles medical knowledge responsibly Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
