Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, more capable AI systems. We're looking for experienced threat intelligence professionals to help train and evaluate AI on real-world cyber threats — bringing the rigor of the SOC and CTI world directly into frontier AI development. If you've spent time tracking adversaries, analyzing campaigns, or building threat intelligence workflows, your expertise is exactly what's needed to make AI systems more accurate, grounded, and effective in the cybersecurity domain. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and classify threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior patterns Evaluate indicators of compromise, TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and assess AI systems Review AI-generated cybersecurity outputs and flag inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or fabricated data Apply your real-world CTI knowledge to help AI reason about threats the way a skilled analyst would Who You Are 2+ years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC analysis, or cybersecurity research Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI workflows Able to distinguish authentic attacker behavior from noise, synthetic data, or fabricated narratives Strong analytical and written communication skills — you can clearly explain complex threats Self-directed and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience writing formal threat intelligence reports or briefs Familiarity with threat actor tracking, attribution analysis, or malware behavior Background in red team operations, incident response, or digital forensics Prior experience with AI evaluation or data annotation workflows Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems used by top research labs Fully remote and async — work on your schedule, from anywhere Freelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually engaging work Contribute to AI that understands cybersecurity the way real analysts do Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
