Key Responsibilities * Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns. * Secure all loads according to company, industry, and safety standards. * Deliver trusses and building materials, including operating craning equipment when required. * Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. * Operate all equipment in accordance with company guidelines and provincial regulations. * Maintain delivery timelines and communicate proactively about delays or route changes. * Represent All Fab Group with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong customer‑service mindset. What We’re Looking For * Valid Class 1A driver’s license with air endorsement. * Experience delivering trusses or building materials (preferred). * Skilled in operating a manual 13‑speed transmission. * Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. * Experience with craning and wide loads is an asset. * Clean driving abstract and a strong commitment to safety. * Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions with precision. * Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
