Key Responsibilities Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns. Secure all loads according to company, industry, and safety standards. Deliver trusses and building materials, including operating craning equipment when required. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Operate all equipment in accordance with company guidelines and provincial regulations. Maintain delivery timelines and communicate proactively about delays or route changes. Represent All Fab Group with professionalism, courtesy, and a strong customer‑service mindset. What We’re Looking For Valid Class 1A driver’s license with air endorsement. Experience delivering trusses or building materials (preferred). Skilled in operating a manual 13‑speed transmission. Strong knowledge of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Experience with craning and wide loads is an asset. Clean driving abstract and a strong commitment to safety. Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions with precision. The Class 1A Delivery Driver is responsible for completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, and delivering building materials safely and on schedule. They must represent the company professionally and communicate proactively about any delays or route changes.

Candidates must have a valid Class 1A driver's license with air endorsement and preferably experience in delivering trusses or building materials. Strong knowledge of the Winnipeg area and a clean driving abstract are also required.
