*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting directly with clients to ensure their satisfaction. A solid understanding of schematics and HVAC systems is preferred, along with experience in appliance assembly and repair. *Duties* * Diagnose and repair malfunctioning appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance. * Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues accurately. * Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance. * Assemble and install new appliances as required. * Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. * Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. *Experience* * Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is essential. * Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot wiring issues. * Mechanical knowledge to understand how various appliances operate. * Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. * Ability to read and understand schematics for effective troubleshooting. * Experience in assembly tasks related to appliance installation is beneficial.
