Job Title: Security Mobile Supervisor Job Location: London, ON Job Type: Part -Time Pay Rate: $18.32 per hour Shifts : Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat; (06:30-18:30; 07:00-19:00; 07:30-19:30); Overnight shifts follow same pattern, subject to change. Overview: Allied Universal is currently hiring Security Mobile Supervisor in London, ON to provide professional, front-line security services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, able to work night shifts, a professional demeanor, and willing to work with a dynamic team. Requirement: Familiarity with access control systems and alarm systems. Must be at least 25 years of age. A valid G class driver's licence and a clear drivers abstract is mandatory. Valid First Aid and CPR certification. Experience with report writing and note-taking. Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems. Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Specific Duties Performed And Essential Functions : Provide access control for the facility and designated areas. Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-friendly image at all times. Manage conflicts and incidents effectively and de-escalate situations when necessary. Conduct patrols and follow site protocols as outlined in the post orders, including indoor and outdoor patrols and managing the movement of guests throughout the property. Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies. Complete all site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor or Manager. Demonstrate sound judgment, common sense, and decision-making abilities, particularly when required to take charge and direct others during emergencies or incidents. Maintain meticulous records and reports, utilizing strong observation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
