AlphaBEST Before / After School Group Leader Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549 M-F 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm ***NO WEEKENDS*** (AM shift 6:30 am - start school) Looking to gain leadership experience while you're in school? AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before andafter-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team. We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In This Role, You Will Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff This Role Is Ideal For Students Studying Education Child Development Psychology Social Work Recreation or Youth Development Requirements Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations Benefits Part-time benefits, including health, are available Employee referral program Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents Opportunities for advancement!
