UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate UX Designer to join a collaborative product team focused on designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered enterprise software experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems, simplifying workflows, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. NOTE: Portfolio link is required for consideration. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Design and enhance user experiences for web and mobile enterprise applications. Simplify complex workflows and information-rich interfaces into intuitive and efficient solutions. Participate in design reviews and collaborate with other designers to maintain quality and consistency. Work within established design systems and contribute to reusable components and patterns. Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of designs. Incorporate user feedback, research findings, and analytics into design decisions. Advocate for usability, accessibility, and user-centered design best practices. Support product delivery within an Agile development environment. Required Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped products. Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools. Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles. Experience designing enterprise SaaS, B2B applications, or desktop software. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Experience working within Agile development environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with usability testing and UX research methodologies. Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and data-intensive applications. Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
