Who We Are: Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. has provided quality construction services to the oil and gas industry since 1969. Based in Calgary, with projects across Western Canada, we are leaders in turn-key new construction, maintenance, prefabrication, and modular construction services. Who You Are: We are looking for Journeyman Pipefitters to join our team. The site is located approximately 1 hour north of Bonnyville, AB, with camp accommodations provided. The shift is 11 hours per day, with overtime paid after 8 hours and on weekends (all day Saturday and Sunday). The rotation is based on a 10 days on 4 days off schedule, with flexibility for longer rotations upon request and supervisor approval. The company will also pay 4 hours of travel time each way per rotation. This specific project/PAD is scheduled to run from October to December 2026, with Alstar expected to continue the Well Pad Program into 2027 and 2028. Valid Journeyman Certificate WHMIS 2015, CSO, (Intermediate (Standard) First Aid, HS2 Alive and Fall Protection Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing Oil and gas experience preferred, not required, comfortable working in all weather conditions Willingness to travel away from home for extended periods of time Where our projects are located: Our projects happen in major sites in Western Canada & BC. This project is located about 1h north of Bonnyville, AB. You will be required to travel on your own, by vehicle. #SJ

Exigences

Must hold a valid Journeyman Pipefitter ticket and relevant safety certifications including WHMIS 2015, CSO, First Aid, HS2 Alive, and Fall Protection. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and willing to travel for extended periods.
