You'll play a key role in driving cost efficiency and supporting product development across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing), develop methodologies for cost analysis, and promote a cost-conscious culture in engineering teams, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of creating cost models for product families, but also contribute to identifying and formalizing cost-saving opportunities. We’ll look to you for: Applying or developing methodologies to calculate the technical cost of components/systems throughout the product development cycle Developing cost analysis methods for components/systems Proposing design or manufacturing process improvements to reduce technical costs Promoting a cost-conscious culture within engineering teams Providing detailed cost breakdowns to support sourcing and negotiation activities Sharing supplier feedback and formalizing cost-saving opportunities All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. The Product Cost Engineer will develop and apply methodologies to calculate the technical cost of components and systems throughout the product development cycle. They will also identify cost-saving opportunities and promote a cost-conscious culture across engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.

Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both French and English is required, along with knowledge of industrial processes and cost analysis methodologies.
