You'll play a key role in driving cost productivity and ensuring the financial health of our global Engineering function. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**Engineering leaders, regional finance teams, and global stakeholders**), coordinate budgeting and reporting activities**, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of maintaining the cost of the global Engineering function (‘Métier’) in line with company objectives**, but also **improving self-servicing capabilities and online access to finance data for the Engineering team We’ll look to you for: * Coordinating budgeting and monthly reporting activities for the Engineering Function and maintaining associated scorecards * Ensuring the cost of the global Engineering function aligns with company objectives * Driving cost productivity using cost models and related tools * Serving as the domain expert on subcontracting * Acting as the primary finance partner to the Alstom Global Engineering Leader and their staff * Contributing to Alstom’s Delivery Plan (twice a year) for Engineering * Partnering with regions to ensure successful roll-out of company-wide Engineering Finance tools and adherence to related KPIs * Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
