Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Configuration and Change Management in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates. You'll take full accountability for the end-to-end Configuration and Change Management (CCM) process and deliverables in high-criticality projects or programs. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, project management, and quality assurance), ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of products and services, and manage changes throughout the lifecycle of the project or program. You’ll specifically take care of establishing and implementing a Configuration Management Plan and ensuring the application of CCM procedures, templates, and tools, but also lead CCM activities and audits to maintain project integrity. We’ll look to you for: Managing the project/program configuration and ensuring changes are controlled throughout the lifecycle Leading CCM activities and ensuring team members are trained and compliant with CCM processes Establishing and maintaining the Configuration Management Plan, including roles and responsibilities Ensuring the application of CCM tools and managing access rights Escalating risks or issues related to CCM and reporting on performance indicators Executing CCM audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives Managing a team of Configuration and Change Managers, if applicable Performing Configuration Management activities such as monitoring item accuracy, preparing Configuration Strategies, and ensuring supplier CCM Performing Change Management activities, including organizing and leading Change Boards, monitoring change requests, and facilitating event management All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
