Your future role You’ll specifically take care of managing small projects such as iPad/mobile management, PC management, and printer replacement, but also assist in the discovery of tools and networks for various sites. We’ll look to you for: * Supporting the Operations team in the execution of project work packages, activities, documentation, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvements * Planning and managing training and communications across the Americas * Applying templates and records to document project activities following defined standards * Managing small projects, including device and infrastructure management * Collaborating with end users and the Operations team to identify and resolve concerns * Working under the direction of the Country Operations Manager All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
