Job Description 1 Position Available Term: 4 Months Start Date: May 3, 2027 About the Role Are you looking for an engaging and dynamic internship this summer? AltaGas is looking for an energetic and engaging student to join our Communications team! As a Communications Intern, you will support initiatives that shape AltaGas’ brand. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and learning more about the energy sector. What You’ll Do Draft and edit content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters) and external platforms (social media, press releases). Support campaign planning, measurement, and adherence to brand guidelines. Assist with event coordination and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks to support the Communications team. What You’ll Bring Currently enrolled in your 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or Related Field. Strong writing and editing skills with ability to read and write brand tone High attention to detail with strong communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and confidence with building relationships What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in Corporate Communications. Mentorship from experienced professionals and networking opportunities.
