We are looking to hire an IT Technical Lead (Oracle Fusion & MuleSoft) for our client in the charitable sector based in Toronto. Candidate must be based in Ontario. Mandatory Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in MuleSoft and/or OCI, integration architecture, development, REST/SOAP API, security/authentication, error handling, monitoring and event integration • 5+ years of experience integrating Oracle Fusion Financials with multiple enterprise applications • Ability to lead technical design, development, testing and deployment with strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills • Strong understanding of integration supportability and operational ownership • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience (not just integration with Oracle Fusion), candidates must have actually built/configured Fusion, not merely connected other systems to it. Nice to have: • Strong knowledge of authentication, encryption, error handling, monitoring and reconciliation • 3-5 years of experience integrating with banks, Workday, Salesforce, donation systems, Snowflake and One Identity • 5+ years of experience with OCI, API management, certificates, connectivity and CI/CD; experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations • 5+ years Enterprise integration architecture experience • 2-3 years of experience with Unit4 Business World Why Join Us? Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. Lead the technical design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and various enterprise applications. Ensure operational ownership and supportability of integration systems for a client in the charitable sector.

Requires over 6 years of experience in MuleSoft/OCI and over 5 years of experience specifically building and configuring Oracle Fusion. Candidates must possess strong technical problem-solving skills and be based in Ontario.
