As an Aquatics Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests to our aquatic facilities and helps set the tone for an amazing day of fun. From assisting families and swimmers to helping guests book lessons, programs, and special events, you'll play a key role in ensuring every visit is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Check customers into facility issuing wrist bands, locks and keys, and towels. Cash handling and accountability for all monies. Maintain good public relations and satisfied guests. Answer phones and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain a clean and presentable work area at all times. Operate Jonas software to ring customer in, book swimming lessons, book birthday parties, enter season pass holders. Inventory tracking when required. Offer product knowledge of swimming programs and lessons being offered to customers. Registration of participants in swimming lessons, parties, and events. Maintain a clean facility at all times including performing cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi purpose, first aid and change rooms. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience required. Standard First Aid and CPR ‘C’ preferred. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Exigences
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous customer service experience. Standard First Aid and CPR 'C' certifications are preferred for this role.
