HOURLY RATE - $18.31 PART-TIME HOURS: Part-Time – 2-3 shifts per week 7-hour shifts between 6:45am to 11:00pm Weekends and Holidays required WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Greeting and assisting guests with luggage at check-in/check-out and storage. Providing a consistently high degree of both friendliness and efficiency for all guests and visitors by parking guest vehicles in a safe and orderly manner. Greeting the guest with a cheerful and pleasant voice Driving guest vehicles from motor court to designated parking area of garage for valet parking and return guest vehicle to motor court for guest pick-up when needed Providing guests with luggage service and storage at check-in/check-out Coordinating transportation for guests Reporting to the Manager on duty any situation involving a guest’s dissatisfaction with Room Service or any other outlet or situation in the hotel Properly deliver amenities and housekeeping items to guests if needed WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? Candidates must possess a valid Ontario driver's license and the ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented, positive attitude are required for this role.
