<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Construction Manager - Residential Construction (GTA)</p><p>Altevita | Field-based, Greater Toronto Area | Full-time</p><p>About Us</p><p>Altevita is a design-build firm based in Toronto, delivering full custom home builds, home additions, and extensions across the GTA. We're growing fast and looking for a Construction Manager to lead field operations across multiple concurrent projects.</p><p>The Role</p><p>Oversee site superintendents and ensure quality, schedule, and budget across 6-7 concurrent projects. Act as the main point of accountability between the office and the field, reporting directly to the owner.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><p>? Manage daily field operations across multiple concurrent projects</p><p>? Supervise and mentor site superintendents; maintain consistent quality standards</p><p>? Resolve on-site issues, scheduling conflicts, and subcontractor coordination</p><p>? Review project estimates before client submission</p><p>? Maintain schedules and documentation in Buildertrend</p><p>? Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety standards</p><p>? Manage change orders and flag budget/scope risks</p><p>What We're Looking For</p><p>? 10+ years managing residential construction, with solid experience in full builds and <span class="long-word">additions/extensions</span></p><p>? Track record managing multiple projects at once</p><p>? Strong knowledge of GTA building codes, permitting, and trades network</p><p>? Familiar with Buildertrend and QuickBooks</p><p>? Able to build and manage scheduling across up to 10 concurrent projects</p><p>? Leadership experience managing superintendents or foremen</p><p>? Valid driver's license, able to travel between GTA job sites</p><p>Compensation</p><p>? Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience</p><p>?
