The package includes four weeks of vacation, benefits effective immediately, RRSP matching, performance-based incentives and opportunities to introduce new technology, automation and process improvements. Your Responsibilities You’ll lead monthly financial reporting, ensuring leadership receives accurate and timely information on performance, cash flow and profitability. You’ll oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning while communicating key trends and results to senior leadership and equity partners. You’ll provide oversight across accounting operations, including AP, AR, reconciliations, GL activities, controls and month-end processes. You’ll partner with external accounting and tax professionals on year-end financial statements, audit, tax and compliance requirements. You’ll strengthen reporting processes, controls and financial systems as the organization continues to grow. You’ll assess opportunities to leverage technology, automation and potentially new financial systems to improve efficiency. Skills and Qualifications 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, ideally at the Controller, Director or VP Finance level. CPA designation is required. Strong experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end, year-end and financial controls. Demonstrated ability to present financial information confidently and clearly to executives, Boards, partners or other senior stakeholders. A hands-on, proactive leadership style with strong business judgment and the ability to simplify complex financial information. Strong technology aptitude, with an interest in automation, AI or finance transformation considered an asset.
