Your Responsibilities You will handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies in a professional and timely manner. You will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and coverage-related questions. You will assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures. You will recommend appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs. You will build and maintain strong client relationships to support loyalty and retention. You will keep accurate records of client interactions and update systems as needed. Skills and Qualifications LLQP license in good standing. Experience working in a sales or customer service environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
