The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for heavy civil infrastructure projects. This includes managing the full bid lifecycle from quantity takeoffs and subcontractor coordination to proposal development and project handoff.

Requires a post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and over 10 years of experience in construction project management and estimating. Proficiency in HeavyBid is preferred, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and manage subcontractors.
