Estimator - Electrical Utility Construction

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to lead the preparation of competitive and accurate estimates for electrical and civil utility infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in municipal and utility construction, including roadway lighting, traffic signalization, underground electrical distribution, duct banks, utility relocations, and related infrastructure works. The Senior Project Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and improvement of utility systems to ensure efficient and sustainable facility operations. They coordinate across departments to ensure reliable service delivery while managing resources and negotiating with suppliers to optimize costs.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in construction project management with specific expertise in dry utilities. A post-secondary degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
