We are seeking a motivated Learning & Development Co-op student to support the design, coordination, and delivery of employee learning initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate training, talent development, employee engagement, and learning administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning and Development Lead to help create impactful learning experiences that support employee growth and organizational objectives. Must be a full-time post-secondary student in Human Resources, Business, or a related field eligible for a co-op program. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong professional communication skills.
