Position Overview: 1. The MEP Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for ICI, and P3 building projects. This role involves managing complex systems—including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, tunnel ventilation, ICAT, and traction power. The MEP Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for ICI and P3 building projects. This role involves managing complex systems including HVAC, fire protection, and traction power while ensuring precise execution.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and over 10 years of experience in medium-rise or ICI construction. Proficiency in BIM software and deep knowledge of Ontario building and electrical codes are essential.
