Senior Proposal Coordinator

Amico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Based out of our Mississauga office, this role is critical in supporting the development of compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals for construction and development projects across various sectors. The Senior Proposal Coordinator supports the development of high-quality, compliant proposals for construction and development projects. This involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create compelling bids for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in a related field and at least three years of proposal coordination experience within the AEC industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with Adobe Creative Suite skills considered an asset.
