We’re Hiring: Trust & Corporate Officer | Location: Cayman Islands (Relocation Required) Please note that this position is located in the Cayman Islands and requires relocation. Are you passionate about trust and corporate services, legal compliance, and building strong relationships with clients? Amicorp is looking for an experienced Trust & Corporate Officer to join our dynamic team . In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of Trusts and Corporate Entities, ensuring full compliance with international standards while acting as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, families, and intermediaries. You’ll work closely with clients and stakeholders on legal, administrative, and regulatory matters, supporting complex structures and providing pragmatic solutions aligned with Amicorp’s business objectives. What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of Trusts and Corporate Entities, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Draft legal documents (resolutions, amendments, trustee letters, etc.). Act as the key point of contact for clients, banks, intermediaries, and legal counsel. Conduct legal research and advise on trust and entity structures. Ensure high-quality client files and maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks. Anticipate regulatory changes impacting structures and advise clients accordingly. Support business growth through excellent service and proactive relationship management. Represent Amicorp at industry events and contribute thought leadership content. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, or related field; STEP qualification is a strong advantage. 4+ years’ experience in Trust and Estate Law, ideally in a fiduciary, legal, or financial services environment. Strong understanding of CRS, FATCA, BEPS, ESR, GAAR, and other relevant global regulations. Excellent legal drafting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Outstanding communication skills in English (other languages a plus). A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for service excellence and client satisfaction. Why Join Us?
