Role : L1 Service Desk Support Location: Regina, Canada (Onsite) Experience :4+ Years Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune)Hands-on experience supporting M365 and troubleshooting end-user issuesEntra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Outlook troubleshooting, MFA support • Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues • Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities • Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues • Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation Regards Reina reina@ampstek.com

Provide L1 deskside support for M365 services including Entra ID, Exchange, and SharePoint. Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve and escalate end-user technical issues.

Requires over 4 years of experience in M365 troubleshooting and hands-on support. Must be capable of handling MFA, password issues, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
