Job Title: SAP PP/QM Consultant Location: Canada. Remote Job description:The SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to design, build, and deploy SAP solutions for global and local rollouts. The consultant will bring deep functional expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) to ensure successful endtoend implementations, from blueprinting through golive and postdeployment stabilization. The role requires strong business process knowledge, configuration expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities  Lead and support SAP PP/QM rollouts and implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover, and golive support.  Conduct fitgap analysis against global templates and identify localization requirements.  Design and document tobe business processes aligned with SAP best practices for manufacturing and quality management.Configure SAP PP and QM modules, including integration with MM, WM/EWM, SD, and FI/CO.  Prepare and review functional specifications for developments, enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and workflows.  Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth integration across modules and external systems.  Support data migration activities, including material master, BOMs, routings, work centers, inspection plans, and master data validation.  Define and execute unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support, including defect resolution.  Lead or support cutover planning, mock runs, and golive execution.Work closely with business users to conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer.  Identify opportunities for business process optimization and system standardization during rollout.rovide hypercare and transition support post golive to ensure system stabilization.
